Smooth process from beginning to end. Christina was wonderful to work with. Flawless installation, the installers were very professional. We went to three different places for quotes and Granite Empire had the friendliest staff and the best prices. We love our new quartz countertops! Highly recommend Granite Empire!

End result is beautiful but it was a fight to get there. Installers were unprofessional, telling me their poor quality cuts and measurement errors were normal. Jumbo plate covers were not enough to cover the overcuts and off-center work. I was offered $250 to buy materials for a new window sill and frame to cover the unsightly gaps. Granite Empire finally sent their CFO to inspect the job who agreed immediately the backsplash needed torn out and reinstalled. Rather than the 5 days advertised on their website, the job took over a month and unexpected added cost of repeat work by my electrician and plumber. They did fix the errors and the end result is beautiful.

Working with Emily and her team was a wonderful experience. No pressure, professional and helpful every step of the way. Prices and product far outweigh the big box store. I would highly recommend Granite Empire to anyone looking to replace their existing countertops. UPDATE 07/22/2021: My experience with Granite Empire was such a great one. Emily went above and beyond my expectations. She was very knowledgeable about the product and was patient and flexible with my crazy reno schedule. All my questions were answered promptly and professionally. The guys that installed were very respectful and professional. They did a great job and cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new countertop.
