The technician Josh Cruz was very knowledgeable. First he accessed the problem, took pictures, explained to me what was wrong, and then began to turn off the water, because the valve was frozen to the ON position. Then he replaced the valve.

He did an awesome job and corrected some of the problems I was having. My home is only 3 years old. He had to modify the p-traps, because they were done incorrectly. He put a cleaning chemical to clean out the pipes and smell without doing any damage to the pipes. He also flushed out the tank water heater in the attic and replaced some of the devices on the water heater. He did a real good job and was pretty quick.
