They were extremely concerned but most of all prompt. Also I live in california so finding someone to help my daughter who is in college in atlanta we thought would be almost impossible. My daughter was stuck in car for over 2 hours due to the swarm at the entry to her front door. After briefly searching and registering on the internet we receivef a call from Mike within 5 minutes.
