Reviews
Write a ReviewVery thorough check yesterday for my HVAC by Michael Loya. Everything was explained clearly and in detaiI. I was very satisfied with the service.
Purchased an $8000 continuous hot water system included in the price were 3 whole house water filters of which they did not have in stock. Paid for filters and hot water system. Scheduled numerous times to replace filters and Mission plumbing failed to call or reschedule. Nine months later and multiple calls where they said they were coming they never showed.
That day had come. You know the day; the day when your HVAC decides to call it quits. It had been good run. The system was over 20 years old which meant...it sucked but got me by. Mission PHC provided prompt and expert diagnostics and new installation. The technician (Chris) came out to the house on the day of call. After running diagnostics, he provided different options to resolve what was wrong. I accepted that it was time and prudent to buy a new HVAC system. Mission’s comfort care consultant came out to my house the next day (Sunday) to discuss options that would fit my house. Financing was easy. A new Lennox system was installed the next day (Monday). Kevin has many years of experience and did a great job installing it and made sure it was operating correctly. He reviewed operational instructions. I am very happy and satisfied with Mission phc hvac care.
The techs that came out to replace exhaust pipes seen flaws in the way the pipes were ran. So besides putting double layer in .I think they fixed the problem with pressure sensor.
charge way to much on 1lb of feon
Quality technicians that are looking to be an advisor not looking to sell me something. Really appreciated them explaining my options.
Worst crooks in the world. Their parent company buys up small companies all over and buys their silence and their reputation etc etc. They are nothing more than a revamped Polestar plumbing. Remember them? They rip old folks and those without off. They charged 40k for a sewer replacement which cost them around 6k. I won't tell you how I know, let's just say I have people close to me that are in the plumbing business and know all the players involved. And these people like to finance. Don't have the money? It's ok, we will finance you....People go to your local companies with a good name and do your research and see where the company is located. Corporate office. Anything outside of Kansas or Missouri , walk away!! Buyer beware. They also have no clue what they are doing? Oh and their workers laugh about what they have gotten away with while they are on the job!!! If that doesn't disgust you, we have bigger problems in this world!!!
This company used to be good, but they have been bought out by another company and they no longer care about their customer. Gabe, the HVAC manager, did not care enough about customer concerns to even return my 4 attempts to reach him. Run the other direction!
the previous owner used them so I decided to give them a try and they were very professional and prompt and came same day I called.
Very knowledgeable and fair price. Very professional plumbing technician
