Greg Lyons is an exceptional professional and strives for outstanding customer service. Greg made me feel comfortable with Mister Sparky Electric company's reputation and guaranteed that all my electrical upgrades for the outlets will be safe and secured. Greg completed all the work in my apartment alone which highly impressed me because this was a very large project. In addition, Greg installed an electrical outlet for my dishwasher which was originally hardwired in a very short amount of time. While I did not actually do the original project idea of installing a new bathroom fan, I felt it was highly important to upgrade the electrical outlets and installed a new dishwasher power appliance outlet since my apartment building was built in the 70s and electrical safety has evolved since then. Great customer service but had to have the technician come out a second time because a wire was left disconnected which resulted in the air conditioning unit being without power. They had someone out the next day and it was fixed quickly.

Work was done to my satisfaction, tech knew what he was doing and cleaned after himself. Tech was sent the day after the call to do job and was polite. The negative is: Service was too expensive. Not sure how they figured someone will be willing to pay $100.00 per bulb installed. As a result could not afford all I needed to be done. Too bad

Mister Sparky contacted me and once I decided to go with them, they arrived on time and sent a text with picture of the technicians coming to my house. Wow, Ian and Paul were fantastic, lovely conversation and the work for Stella. They explained the process along the way, and made me feel comfortable with the work. Definitely would hired them again.

James came first to access my electrical box and why I've been having problems with my pool motor, etc. He was very, very knowledgeable and saw numerous problems in the box (these done by other electricians :-(. After agreeing on what I needed to get completed, Zack and Ricky came in and did the job. They were professionals all the way. It took a number of hours for them to complete the job. I now have a new electrical box with everything up to code. A special box needed by the pool was not the one needed. No worries, Zack came back the next day with the correct part and fixed it. I will definitely hire Mister Sparky again for electrical needs.

I needed a outlet for my new appliance. Paul was dispatched and he explained how my project would be handled. I was very satisified with his work and asked if he would do one more thing for me. He repaired my outside outlet and also found the circuit braker that controls that outlet.
