While the installer was very nice and polite, I've since learned that the price charges was exorbitant for the type of job. I was charged $592.50 for less than 30 minutes of work. This was a simple hanging/connection of a large, but lightweight simple metal chandelier on a 10ft ceiling. Since there was recently a different chandelier in that location (which I had already removed), nothing additional was required.

The service technician was fantastic. He resolved all the issues I had: a non-working closet light, a GFCI outlet inspection and removal of an unwanted plug. The charge was $580 for 1.25 hours which seemed very outrageous to me. But, I had already left work early and didn't want to hassle looking for another company. Since the removal of the unwanted plug didn't fit a category, he selected a general category that was very expensive. I would be happy to pay half of that and will not be calling them again.

Phone and On-site Service were polite with plenty of repair options. Would have been nice to have had a more narrow time window. And the mild but constant upselling a bit of a turn-off. Not familiar with pricing of electricians lately but surprisingly high. After replacing worn tripping breakers, the issue did not go away but we now suspect something else so trust them enough to ask them to come back to check the suspected issue.

Technicians David and Matt were outstanding. They installed 5 LED recessed lights in my 2007 built home with no ceiling or wall damage. When we were not happy with the brightness of the new lights they immediately (that day) got replacements and installed them. We were very satisfied with the service. Price seemed a bit high. I just thought they were very expensive. I had two existing hanging lights in kitchen and a replacement of a microwave. I never expected to get a bill for over 600.00 to install. Again, there was no new wiring, nothing. I was never looking for the cheapest and I went through Home Advisor that I love and have used them a lot but I wish I would have shopped around on this some. The tech was great (Ryan) and i know he does not do the pricing but really? The install was more than I paid for the appliances.

Bath Exhaust Fan - Repair
Had to do a complete home inspection to replace a bathroom exhaust fan, the fan cost 59$, the options for install ranged from 841$ to 1400+$ i bought a 60$ ladder from Lower and did it myself. totally a rip off although the technician was polite , he didn't control the costs, this company seems ready to rip off someone if the can get away with it.

Mister Sparky electricians were on time and completed the work (replacement of a light switch) in no time. Communication was super. My only reservation with respect to "value for the money" would be the cost, which I was not informed of until they were at my home, and for which the company has a flat, pre-determined rate that Mister Sparky had refused to give me at the time of scheduling. A bit too expensive for me. Of course, for a complicated job requiring skill and knowledge, my view might be different.
