We set up the installation appointment originally on June 23, but found out that our light fixture would not arrive in time, so we rescheduled for June 31st...The rep ask for a $200 deposit up front so I paid it...Then the light arrived early without warning so I called the rep who came to our home, and ask him to schedule it earlier. So we set it for June 18th. I called him the night before asking what time they would arrive to do the job, and he told up between 8-10:00am...They never showed. I called the Rep, but was sent to a voice mail on two attempts and I left two messages, and also send text messages to him. No answer there either! Never heard from him again! I called Mr Sparky's local office and complained to them and told them to cancel this job, and that I wanted my $200 deposit back, to be refunded to my credit card. She told me they could not do this, and that it had to be done from another office. I said, "well go ahead and get it done" Still waiting!

The personnel working at home, for taking calls and appointments, continually had their televisions on. I had difficulty in hearing and understanding. In fact, one time the difficulty so bad due to the television, the operator was cancelling an appointment when I needed information. The electrician did a nice job, however, when taking off the boxes, left with passwords. Luckily, the passwords were eventually found, as I could not directly contact the electrician, only the above-mentioned customer service, who had their televisons on.
