Mr. Sparky arrived the next day for our project. He was friendly, professional in dress and keeping us informed on repair of the project. Our florescent light was not working right. Off and on type. It was over 25 yrs. old. He replaced the inner component with a newer and more efficient one. It works great now. Job less than 11/2 hrs. time to do. Thanks. John B.

I am still waiting for them to finish the job. I called last week and was told that they woulod be back to finish but I haven,t heard or seen them since. they have a part which was burned up by them and they need to repliace it

"Our tech installed a customer supplied timer. Customer had no wiring diagram since it was out of the box when we arrived. Customer told tech where to hook wires and it burned up the timer. I have tried to get a new timer at my suppliers and where customer told us he purchased it. They say they didn't sell it to him since they don't supply that part. I have talked to the customer and told him we were serching for the part. If you look at my other ratings, this rating don't match our service."

Our electric meter was stolen. Mr.Sparky thought he could replace, but the thieves stole the mounting box. Mr. Sparky said he'd have one special made. It didn't work. He had to buy whole unit and install it. Cost $953 to put in the new $30 box and get it installed. Service was quick,courteous, but expensive.

"Mister Sparky always gives an upfront, straightforward price before any work is begun. The customer has the opportunity to reject or accept before we do the work. We never peform work without the approval of the customer. While the materials were small on this job, it required a permit & was very labor-intensive. We feel our price met or exceeded the criteria for fair and reasonable."
