While tech could have made recommendation for service upgrade in anticipation of installing central air; he assured me that my service was more than adequate. Saved me lots of $$$$$

Very professional and efficient. Somewhat pricier than other quotes but their company is bonded, insured, licensed and the had quality technicians. Their projects are based on flat rates and they show you their pricing schedule. Work is warranted. Very happy with this project.

Disappointed had work done and three switches replaced. One switch stopped working 10 days after they fixed it. Called and they said they will come out and fix it again. After they read a Disclaimer kinda got from the disclaimer that is if they find it to be another issue it would cost me more money. How as a non electrician would I know if it is or is not the same issue. Don’t what to bad mouth the business because at this point I don’t know the entire outcome. But if they already fixed it shouldn’t it stay working?

The technicians were competent and professional. Although I knew I had an emergency, I didn't know how serious it was. In less than 48 hours, I had a resolution to my situation and could sleep with confidence again.
