They called back within minutes of my selecting them from Home Advisor. They arranged a on site evaluation the next business day. Paul came with the floor outlets I had in mind and did the job that morning. Paul was very polite, pleasant, efficient, and courteous. He did the job in about an hour and a half, cleaned up and charged a price in the middle of 3 quotes.

the outlet to our refrigerator broke when we pulled out the old frig on a Friday afternoon. We foolishly hoped it could be done right away...it couldn't be done til the following Wednesday'. The office and the electrician were fine.

We are hosting a party at our home this weekend and needed a tech to come out ASAP. They came out same day without hesitation. They called 30 minutes in advance to give us a heads up they were coming, covered their feet when they walked into our house and were very professional and polite. They fixed our problem right away and we here no longer than 30 minutes. We would highly recommend the service!
