Pricey and bad service after work done. Still charged me extra cost unreasonable price for small part after I signed big amount of $$$$. Please get other second options out there.

I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the friction in their scheduling and follow up process. From the time I contacted Mr. Sparky of Pompano Beach via my request on Angi's, all the staff were very polite and professional. Even when I voiced my complaints regarding the varying touch points-email, text, phone, ALL with different numbers, they managed to deliver on their promise. Great service from Jose and Anthony, both technicians, who kept me informed and made the payment process easy. I especially appreciated Jose's explanation of the scope of work and communication. I would use them again. Hopefully, they would have figured out how to have each technician to have their own cell phones and not have calls re-routed to centralized answering, where they will not know the specifics without having the customer repeat everything again. :-)

Very responsive, quick, professional and friendly. Dickens identified the issues and installed a replacement switch swiftly.

Kent of Mr. Sparky arrived right on time and was so helpful. We are new to the whole generator realm and needed an outlet installed to be able to run our portable generator if power went out so that our well pump would work. Kent walked around the house with me and made suggestions on how we could go about making this connection. He then discovered that we already had the outlet installed. (Thanks to my builder's far sightedness) He then walked me through the whole connection process, how and what breakers to shut off or turn on and how it would all work. I was only charged for a visit and Kent shared his number with me if we had any questions. He did all of this in a friendly and professional manner and on the day before Hurricane Milton was to hit the west coast. Thank you Kent and Thank you Mr. Sparky, you are on my speed dial list now!!
