I called Mr sparky who showed up after I paid a few of 186.when he came he told me it had to pay over 300 hundred dollars which I paid. After he took my money he told me the power truck is down the street because we had a down power line.He knew very well that the reason for my power outage was due to the down power line, but decided to take my money first. He did no estimate he did nothing because there was nothing for him to do.i called the company who promised me I would get a refund within 10 days.its over 1 month and still no refund. That is dishonesty on every level.i have yet to receive my refund.

I thought the communication was great and the technician was fast and courteous. No issues at all with the work quality. My complaint is that I felt the price was high for a simple job.

Electrical Switches, Outlets & Fixtures - Install or Repair
I appreciated their attention to detail and completed the job requested promptly and throughly. I did not appreciate that the corporation expected the repairman to "sell a package of service" for more extensive work. I had a simple job and he was expected to sell me a package for more extensive work. Understanding that they are liable if an issue they did not address occurs, I believe that they should just refuse jobs that they cannot warrantee. That being said, the prices were a little higher than I expected. Service person was polite and efficient.
Response from Mister Sparky of Pompano Beach
"Hi, Colleen. We are sorry to hear about your negative experience. We will pass this along to our management team. Thank you!"
