I had a disappointing experience with Mister Sparky. During the service, the technician installed a breaker in my panel that clearly specifies only Eaton breakers should be used. That raised immediate concerns about attention to manufacturer requirements and code compliance.
I also experienced significant issues with an automated lighting system. Multiple technicians were sent out, and I was repeatedly told the problems were related to my new construction home rather than the work performed. After ongoing troubleshooting and no resolution, the entire lighting system was ultimately removed.
This was a frustrating and costly experience. While this occurred nearly four years ago, it left a lasting impression. I?m not sure why Angi is requesting a review now, but based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

I was so nervous about having to call an electrician out. The first guy that came out charged $85 just to say the outlet was getting electricity even though it was not working. Mister Sparky sent out Austin and he listened to my explanation/history of my issue. He then confirmed what I said by doing a quick check, then let me know my options. He was professional, courteous and worked quickly. I would highly recommend!

Wayne from Mister Sparky was great. He found out why my bathroom lights didn't work and made the repair quickly. I asked if he had time to look at my yard light. He repaired that too. My experience with this company was positive from start to finish. I'll definitely call them again when I need an electrician.

Techs were really helpful. Showed up on time, minimized damage (accessing lines inside walls), and cleaned up nicely. A little expensive due to set priceless but very happy with the work.
