Daniel arrived on time and had the perfect solution for my needs. He installed multiple outlets and guided me through the process. We had a terrific conversation and completed the project precisely as we had discussed. We also talked about installations that Mister Sparky could provide for my future home. I appreciate Daniel's work, time and conversation. Thank you Daniel!

Great work and service. The only thing was that I did not receive a 15% discount from them by finding them through Home Advisor so I don't know why Home Advisor says I would get a discount when infact I did not.

Electrical Switches, Outlets & Fixtures Install or Repair
The gentlemen were nice and thorough but the pricing and upselling were obnoxious. I asked them to add a dimmer and change a couple light fixtures and they were trying to add all kinds of huge electrical home surge protectors and other unnecessary items. It really left a bad taste in my mouth. The pricing to do what I wanted to do was very high but I did not want to have to go through the process of hiring someone else and waiting so I bit the bullet on those items. I would never hire Mister Sparky again.
Response from Mister Sparky Kansas City
"Patrick, thank you for the review. We do apologize for not meeting your expectations. Thank you for choosing Mister Sparky and allowing us to take care of you and your home."

From beginning to end this company is great. They called to schedule, sent a text reminder and called the morning of to let me know the technician had an electrical emergency and was going to be running a few minutes behind. I got Brian and Bradley, they were very friendly and informative. They provided good information that I donâ t think many electrical companies provide and teach consumers to be proactive with might be problems. Cost was broken down and well explained. Work was done the same day and it LOOKS AMAZING!!!! I chose their membership program as we intend to work with them again. Extremely professional service!
