Electrical Wiring or Panel Upgrade
Here's where I knew I had hired the right company: they were thorough and communicated their game plan. The warranty company didn't want to mess with the issue and blamed other aspects. With a background in physics and electricity, it didn't add up me but my hands were tied due to warranty. Mr. Sparky located and corrected the issue. Provided me a free warranty on the new fix. I was more than pleased on their thoroughness and confidence in correcting the issue. Additionally, they provided me with pictures to send to the warranty company for training purposes, of course.

I took off work for them 11 till 1. They never showed and finally call at 1:30 said they could not make it. I wanted to do another day. Never recommend them. I lost money and time from work. Never use them. Poor customer service.

So I chose them because supposedly they do NOT charge for a visit and provide in WRITING the charge BEFORE the work is agreed to. This did NOT happen. He came out looked at my lights, told me a wire was broke and he would have to tear out the wall to fix. I said NO thanks and he billed me $159? $159 for NOTHING, NOTHING in writing before agreeing to work which was NO work. Then he proceeds to try to sell me value packages. DO NOT hire them they are a ripoff!
