The cost seemed excessive to me -- close to $1,000 -- resulting in a bit of "sticker shock."

Vlad completed the job to our satisfaction. However, they don’t seem to communicate at the company because he arrived without everything he needed to do the job. He went and got the part needed.

While the work was fine, pricing was high.

Andrew helped define the problem with my circuit and even let me watch the testing and repair so I could satisfy my curiosity. The work was done quickly and for a fair price.

Mister Sparky was fast, reliable, flexible, and super professional!! Thank you for having them as one of your partners for electrical services!!

Clay Walker was a super detective to figure out why I didn’t have power on the front porch and the wall. He found the problem and fixed it.

Daniel came out on time and did a great job installing a dining room light.

We do not have enough nice things to say about Mr Sparky of Clearwater and specifically our technician Daniel. Service was prompt and communication was top notch. Being in New York and trying to fix things in Florida is nerve wracking at best. Daniel made the process a breeze and supplied pictures of before and after. Highly recommend.

Excellent work but pricy. It was a complicated chandelier so it was worth iy

"Mr. Sparky" is out to make as much $$ from you as possible... period. I paid them over $3,000 for electric repair due to Hurricane Helene (a tree fell on my AC power box), per their inspection and estimate. They got the AC working, however, there were still 2 outlets inside that were not working when they left (they said they would look at that the next day and make it right), and later that evening I lost power to other areas of my house... areas that were still working before Mr. Sparky "fixed" my AC problem... simply by turning on a porch light. The next day they told me it would cost another $4,500 to fix those areas that they screwed up. GOUGING DURING A DISASTER IS NOT COOL. UPDATE: I just found out that Mr. Sparky's "electricians" cut away the wiring from a 50 amp panel at my shed in order to use the same hole for the conduit/wiring they installed under my mobile home from my AC unit, most likely out of laziness and to make the job easier for them. The additional $4,500 they want would be to add a NEW panel in order to restore power to my washer/dryer, refrigerator and outside electrical (lights, outlets, etc.). To top it off, they left the original conduit flopping around on my deck, and zipped tied it to the new conduit (see photo). THE ONLY THING MR. SPARKY COULD DO TO MAKE THIS RIGHT IS TO REFUND AT LEAST $2,000 OF THE INITIAL $3,000 THEY CHARGED ME. SINCE THAT'S UNLIKELY, I WILL BE FILING COMPLAINTS WITH THE BBB AND ANY OTHER AGENCY I CAN FIND. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS, AND IF I CAN HELP MAKE THAT HAPPEN I WILL. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

The small job turned into a large one but it was one thst needed to be done. They worked very hard to minimize the disruption, were very professional and competent. I would bring them back again.
