My first appointment window and day they were too backed up and couldn’t make it—so I was re-scheduled for next morning/next day and their $59 dispatch fee waived as a courtesy for the inconvenience. So that worked out Ok. Shawn was prompt and listened carefully/investigated the problem and then clearly explained/showed me the written job pricing ahead of time (it’s not by the hour) and then figured out/fixed the single circuit problem and explained everything- answered Qs very professional-

Both Brett and Brandon are very professional but it would have been nicer if I was part of the conversion when deciding what to do. They came to me and said you would have to pay $274.00 for your standard diagnostic. You are at their mercy, so I said yes - but this standard decision took all of 5 minutes!! I felt I was just robbed of $274.00 because they knew what was wrong before they told me about the standard diagnostic. WOW! They were here about 35 minutes.
