We are very happy with the crew of electricians, Johnny, Matt and Ish. They treated our home and us with respect. They were kind, considerate, and clean with their work. We are an elderly couple and we were kind of sorry to see them leave.

Jerry came to my place to quote my project, and actually convinced me to upgrade breakers as well, something I did not plan to do. I did research after he left, and his recommendations were good, so I went with it, as 1 breaker was running hot, one did not fit my panel, etc. He said the project would take 3-4 hours. The electrician that came to do the work was another story. Nice kid, polite, but it took 3 days, not to mention the Saturday wasted waiting for him when he did not show up, and instead came on Monday. What a pain. Jerry is the reason I gave them an additional star, not just 1 star. He was great.

It mostly went well. There were issues that came up, but they were easily to work with to get those issues resolved. This was a hard job, so I know that there is stuff that they cannot know until they get into it and they had to make adjustments.

Arrived in scheduled window, diagnosed issues, quoted price, made the repairs.

Technician had to return a second time to make adjustments but overall a good job.

I had a frustrating experience with Mister Sparky (Chandler/Mesa area). I was quoted $800 for an EV charger installation, which was clearly discussed with a manager, documented in writing, and included on the invoice I signed. I also have email confirmation of the agreed price. After moving forward based on that agreement, they attempted to back out and not honor the quoted amount?despite no changes to the scope of work. This kind of bait-and-switch pricing is disappointing and unprofessional. I would recommend getting everything in writing and confirming they will actually honor their quote before proceeding.

Our Pro Bob was not given all the info about what the job entailed. Still, he rose to the occasion and got it all done. Everything looks and runs great!

It was great

High sales pitch initially. The workers who were sent to do the work were not as competent as I expected. We gave explicit instructions at the beginning to the sales rep Josue, but the actual work was inconsistent. We had dimmers to be installed and when they installed the wrong ones, they claimed that they had to order the right ones. It?s been over a month and no dimmers, no contact. We talked to management and they were aloof with their response.

Kind of dodgy with pricing. Throw a lot of numbers at you and you end up spending more and getting less somehow. What can I say, they run their business.

Great advice on updating the circuit breakers, which were 30 years old. I noticed a difference immediately on the performance of my solar system. Before, the Powerwall battery would drop to 20% at around 4am, switching to power from the expensive grid until sunrise around 7:30am. Now, the Powerwall charge holds a charge until sunrise, avoiding buying energy at the most expensive time of day. The Tech noted how hot the old breakers were running. He pointed out that they should be replaced every 10 years. No one ever talks about that. All that heat in any electrical equipment indicates inefficiency. With this update, I'm looking to save even more on energy.

I was a little disappointed, because the person that did the bid was different than the people that came out to do the work. They resolved our electrical issues, were competent, and answered our questions. The people from Mr. Sparky were nice, knowledgeable and they brought our house is up to code.

They’ve done an excellent job - he explained everything in detail and then provided options. Price was considerably higher than anticipated but I guess that’s the world we live in.

Got the bid, he did the job in a timely manner.

I had one of the worst experiences I ve ever had with a contractor. The man who came out was extremely pushy and would not leave my house I had to ask him several times to go, practically pushing him out the door. He kept trying to convince me that I needed to replace my entire electrical panel because my house was going to catch fire and that I didn t have a lightning rod, so we were at risk of being struck by lightning. Both my husband and I are elderly, and the way he spoke to us was intimidating and inappropriate. I told him repeatedly that all I wanted was a quote to move my existing 240-volt wiring into the kitchen island where the stove is going. But he just wouldn t listen. He sounded like someone on the streets of New York trying to sell T-shirts out of an alley he wouldn t let it go. As he was finally leaving, he turned around and said, Don t worry, I recorded it, and I told him, So did I why do you think the phone was sitting in front of you? A short time later, I got one of those inspection reports where everything is color-coded green for good, yellow for caution, and red for urgent. Every single item on mine was marked green: the panels, the wiring, everything. Then, about a week or two later, he sent me a bid for $1,500, which I assume was to replace the panel even though he never focused on the small wiring job I asked for. His estimate included hiring a concrete company and renting equipment, which made no sense for what I wanted done. It was an awful experience, and my friends are still laughing about how outrageous it was. I would never use Angie again after this because clearly, you don t vet your contractors properly.

They were great, they arrived on a timely manner and didn't take advantage of me when the job ended up being easier than expected, they were transparent and I would definitely recommend them.
