Mister Sparky Phoenix

Very fast service. Explained everything in great detail. No hidden costs. We were sold a whole house surge protector, however it wasn't a pushy add-on, it was just a feature option that was offered. Very nice work.

Very efficient, fast and professional.

Punctual, courteous and professional. I recommend.

Easy to schedule, they stand behind their work, licensed electrician, courteous and very efficient. Very knowledgeable. I also got estimates for a breaker box replacement. Top notch but somewhat expensive.

Technician was really good and professional.

Very professional and great work. Techs are very knowledgeable and helpful. Just pricy.

Very satisfied

They replaced a ceiling fan for me. The work was fine. I don't know why I had to have an assessment of my entire electrical system as well, but I got it.

Expensive.

A friendly technician that worked quickly and diligently. Updated electrical panel, fixed outside yard light and installed hard wired smoke detector. Cleaned up job site well. I would highly recommend them.

Be sure to get a price before they do the work.

They called 2 hours after our first appointment and said they were 45-60 minutes away so I cancelled them b/c I had plans. Their is an advertisement on their van that says, " if we are late, the repair is free". I called them on that and they said I only get a maximum of $288 off. On the back of the agreement folder it says if they are late you only get a Level 4 reduction so they have to go by that. I think it is false advertisement and fraud. The technician put holes in my wall and said they will contact me the next day to schedule a repair appointment. That was 4 days ago and nobody has contacted me. Stupid me, I paid them in full. I DO NOT recommend this company. They charged $220 per light installed when I could purchase the same light at Lowes for $35.

did a wonderful job installing our new plugs

The electricians were right on schedule and did an excellent job. No complaints!

Joey was the service tech. Very professional, did the safety inspection and showed me my options N let me decide. Did not push any one option. Will ask for Joey again if I need any electrical work done in the future.

The person that I met with was very professional and courteous.

Fast, efficient, prompt. A very pleasant meeting. Excellent job. Great personality.

He did excellent excellent job, he checked out everything in the home. I'm very pleased with the service.

Tristan was very helpful and patient. He took the time to explain what he was looking for and what needed to be done to fix it the right way.
