I needed to replace two (2) panels - one inside and one outside. The technician assigned, Burton Persaud - Austin, to do the job was very professional and quite fast...given the job he had to complete. I will definitely be calling this company for any upcoming electrical projects.

This was my first experience with Mister Sparky as I was planning out and getting some quotes for a couple projects. If you call, ask for Dylan as the guy was knowledgeable extremely friendly and an overall good dude that’s been in the industry for 11 years. The icing on the cake is they sent him out within 24 hrs of calling, scheduling was super easy, and they came out during the 2026 winter storm. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for an electrician

They work all day into the night to get the job done a bit pricey my husband thinks they got over on me because they told m certain things could cause a fire so I let them fix it it will probably take us Fifteen years to pay off work that they charge

Mr. Sparky was the first to answer my request for help. They were thorough in their analysis, quickly found the issues causing the problems and resolved the issues. The Mr. Sparky agents were kind, courteous and worked with us in setting up a payment plan. I will be recommending Mr. Sparky to my friends.

Do NOT hire this company!! Lost power at 4 pm. Called the office, went to VM, no call back for 1/2 hour. Called again, got an answer. She put me on hold, then hung up on me. Now have lost one hour of time and power. 3rd call, was told a TECHNICIAN was on his way. That was a lie. Half hour later, repairs shows up who we assume is our repairman. Was rude and condescending. Went to our fuse box and without actually checking for issues, thre the fuse cover on the ground and said, "you need a total circuit box replacement." It was then that we realized that this rep was in fact NOT a technician but instead a set up con man who's goal it is to ensure that the repair charge is the highest total. He then stated, "Im not the tech who will do the work, I have to call for that." What?? So now another hour of lost time, just because Mister Sparky plays a con game with customers. Tech arrives hour later, never introduces himself or walks us through what will be done. Do NOT hire this company!!

I would give 5 starts for the work that they did. When they came out they wanted to do everything in the house and offered financing.

I was thoroughly please with how quickly they reached out to me. Even the Phone rep was extremely professional, informative, and thorough. The technician was late due to an earlier project going overtime, but they were communicative and timely with the repairs. The prices seemed a bit high, but the technician made it worth it. Ask for Burton Persaud by name. He is very helpful.

Matthew from Mr Sparky did a great job adding an outlet in our bathroom and a dimmer switch in our dining room. Reasonably priced and very thorough.

This site does not allow enough room to list all the issues with Mr. Sparky. In my experience they were called to my house to handle a problem. They presented me with 3 options. The least expensive was $14,000. Once the service was done I found that this did not fix the problem. When I complained about this I was informed that the options I was provided were not to fix my problem, they were results from a safety inspection that I did not ask for. I was also informed that Mr. Sparky records all your conversations when they are in your home. Be careful with this company because they have no intention of fixing the problems they are being called for. They will try to scare you and sell you services you do not need, and they will record you without your permission.

Mr. Sparky did a great job fixing my shed/patio electrical problems and also installed a new up-to-code breaker box with surge protecter. I did lose a useful outside-front outlet, but it could not be helped.

Do not do business with this company! They charged us $21,000 for what turned out to be $3,000 worth of work and they sent apprentices. They broke federal law when financing this work that they ultimately didnt do. The company said it was a bad employee and they were let go, but their actions and unwillingness to make this right shows tjat tue manager Jesse, and the company is corrpurt. Had to dispute financing and after 3 month it's clear this is a very bad company. We will be filing with the better business bureau.

On March 8, 2025, our home became Safety Free due to the work of three men; Garrett Fuller, Edward Garcia and Derrick. Garrett came on Friday, March 7 and did a complete inspection. He was friendly and very professional. Edward and Derrick came when Garrett left on March 7. Edward was also very friendly and professional and so was Derrick. Edward did not mind all of my questions and requests and fixed what I asked about.
