Did an OK job, but used wrong color grout which did not match rest of floor after I told them the right color grout name could be found in the storage room. They ended up using white grout instead of caramel and when it dried it looked like a "patch job". They promised to come back and correct it. Made an appointment but then never showed up. Called several more times and still did not return. I gave up.
