First off Luke was nice. They were suppose to show up and work from 8 to 4. Showed up at 8 and said they needed to buy materials. Didn't come back til 2PM, and didn't leave til 9pm. No call running late nothing. When they did come back this RUDE Hispanic male about 6ft adding more materials saying we had to buy more material. I ask why then that is when the attitude came into play. I asked for his name while in the phone with the sales rep( being recorded on voicemail) he ignored me. I asked him 3x then he gave me a false name threw his hand up in the air and gave me his back. Mind you inside MY house. He then cleans his mudding feet in the hallway of my home. And no they didn't place any plastic or come in with foot covers. He then started using foul language in Spanish thinking I didn't understand him. The put down our floor and the foreman had to tell him to pull it up and relay it because of the gaps. The next day when our plumber came, he told us that the floor wasn't put in right to support the shower that he was putting in. Our plumber and Luke spoke to be sure that there would be no miscommunication, and even spoke to the foreman. They had to come back to fix it and to open the bathroom door that was jammed by a metal edge that was not removed. The owner did call and DID NOT apologize for his employees behavior. We paid almost $7000, for this Horrible experience. Insted he blammed the plumber. I am not over reacting or being dramatic. This did happen and I would hate for this to happen to someone else. You trust and let them into your home and feel like you got slapped in the face. Luke did apologize, but he was the only one. We paid for their company to put in our sub floor in the bathroom, only to have another company come in and do it correctly.

What a jerry-rigged foundation mess: concrete pier, pieces of metal & concrete. Not sure it will stay in place. Hired to correct flood-erosion from an outbuilding. Lorenzo & crew very cheerful but the work was unsupervised. Getting the swale corrected required persistence & the help of a friend. Concerned that when the company had not received the deposit five days after it was mailed, the proposal was to reissue a check & when they received the mailed check it would be destroyed. Not good.
Response by MitchCo: We are sorry to hear of any review less than satisfactory for we strive to achieve over and beyond client satisfaction as all of our reviews indicate. This was a 5 pier job that required little to no supervision by our skilled installers and drainage restoration was not the primary purpose of the objective; light grading to help aid in drainage was included in the project at the minimal and nominal charge mandated by MitchCo for licensed, professional, insured, skilled, NFRA membership company.

MitchCo was very responsive and Regan who gave us a detailed repair quote was very thorough and explained everything. He was very responsive getting a quote back to us and was very reasonable with the cost compared to three other Contractors who gave us quotes that included much more work than what was required. MitchCo technicians completed the repairs today and did an outstanding job. This company is top notch and their customers service is amazing. Very happy customer.

Regan and the workers were great. The job was done in a very professional way and they left the house and yard as it was when the got here. Regan explain everything and showed me what they were going to do before, during and after we went over all of the working and out. Very happy with the results.

Mitchco representative I worked with was very professional and willing to work with me on all important issues such financial payments, etc. Didn't have but one estimate, so I can't speak about comparing other companies and pricing.

The day after the foundation lift, water sprung up from sidewalk near where work had been completed. I immediately called Rudy (sales person who came to eval foundation problems and give estimate; very profession, courteous, friendly and honest; and a definite bonus to Christ followers and believers, to have a fellow believer selling you a product he believes in); I explained situation and he put me in contact with Mr E Mitchell, who in turn took care of the no further cost to me. Being disable and living on set income, I am very thankful to Mr Mitchell. Thank you, Sir. **Special Kudos to Employee/Man (don't remember hos name) who was at my home all week preparing for the foundation lift, he was a very hard worker, professional, diligent, and again when when looking for water leak

These guys are very experienced in foundation repair and will shoot you straight. The in house financing is a plus as well.
