Michell was on time when he came to do an estimate ( which was no charge), emailed the estimate the same day, was prompt in his responses to my emails, answered all my questions both before and during the installation, and his pricing was fair. He took care to prevent a big mess during the installation and cleaned up well afterwards. He also offered to come back and change the tone/color of my new recessed lights if I did not like the setting I chose. I would absolutely use Mitchell again!
