One day service contactor said should be done in 4 days it's been over five weeks

They came out gave an estimate. Put up our poles that we already have. They wanted half the money to get supplies and have not returned.

Rickel Samuel came out and gave me a quote for a fence. Asked for half the money upfront for materials, which was $1,700. I was totally fine since I was often able to communicate with them. There were some workers come out and put OUR T-Posts in the ground. They never came back out. Recently, they were supposed to come out and finish 2 weeks ago. One worker got deported, I waited a couple days, then I was fed up. I wanted my money back. They didn't want to do that or give me the materials with a receipt and the rest of the money. Now I can't get anyone to answer. Just a read receipt from Rickel. They were supposed to do the fence at the beginning of March. Told me it would take 2-3 days max. Not a month and half.

They did an excellent job installing our new wooden privacy fence. Not only is the quality top notch, they also got it done in a very efficient amount of time. They also went out of their way to repair our back porch deck and another gate along a different part of our fence. All-in-all, we are thoroughly impressed with the craftsmanship and professionalism exhibited by everyone. 10/10 highly recommend using these guys if you need work done.

Rickey and his team did an excellent job on our privacy fence. They got the job done in only a couple of days, providing us peace of mind for our dog. We are extremely happy with the finished product and would highly recommend them!
