Tony is a very nice person and does a good sales job. But after a month of an entire roof installation, the eves started coming apart. Many phone calls, texts and visits were made. 10 months have now passed and about two months of no contact from him. Well over 50% of the eves have fallen off and never showed up to fix the issue. We are so disappointed. With the storm Helene. Many will be looking for a good contractor. Unfortunately, I now have to say. Do not even call for a quote!

Showed up gave estimate. They were suppose to email quote and failed to follow up. I called them to find out why and no answer. I left them a voicemail and they did not respond. Tony, If you were not interested in doing the job as a courtesy you should have told me so and responded and not ignored me.

The work was excellent. The staff was organized in the removal, , installation and cleanup. The 10 men crew came on time and all done in 9 hours. The crew covered our plants etc. we were very happy in all aspects. Tony Michell spent a long time with us before and aftet completion. He was honest and very sincere in making sure that we were satisfied with the work. We told Tony we were very please with the outcome. The work was fantastic from beginning to end. We had all good to say about the work. We highly recommend this company.

Noticed the leak a few days before the tropical storm Elsa was coming towards Tampa. Tony from Mitchell Roofing Systems contacted me right away and made arrangements to meet at my house that afternoon. He assessed the damage, gave me a quote and fixed the roof within 30 minutes. Tony explained everything that he did and guaranteed his work with a 2 year warranty. Great customer service!

Mitchell Roofing completed the repairs so quickly. The owner told me after he knew we had rain in the forecast and he wanted to get to it before the rain did. I donâ t think it gets more caring than that. The work was done quickly and they left my lawn clean of debris. The owner is a family man and genuinely kind to others. The estimate was the same amount I paid. No unpleasant surprises. I wish his company did all home repairs because I really trust him and that is hard to find.

I had a bad experience with this company. I had a leak in my garage so I called them up to have a look. Tony came over and said no problem we will take care of it for you so I hired them. I do not know what he did but he made it worse, now the leak is spreading all over the ceiling so I called him back he came here like 4 times and still did not fix the problem basically I just got screwed, I am going to chalk this as a lost next time when someone says they will save you money do not do it guys, what they really mean is I will take your money and do a half-done job what a shame cause Tony is really not a bad guy it is just the quality of the work is no good. He came here 4 times guys and the leak in the garage got worse. I am glad the rest of you guys had a good experience with there work as for me I will have to take an L on this.

"I would like an opportunity to respond to the review left by Mr. Victor V.. Victor's house has an asphalt shingle roof that is approximately 17 years old and is original to the house. I was contacted by Victor to address an active roof leak in his garage. I gained access into the attic to determine the source of the roof leak, once inside the attic an area of wet plywood roof sheathing was observed that was rotted due to long term water intrusion, next I climbed up on the roof to inspect the condition of the shingles. To the best of knowledge I believed the source of the roof leak was at the wall flashing. I let Victor know that the roof was not in good condition and reaching the end of its useful service life, Victor was not interested in replacing his roof at the time and opted for an estimate to repair instead of replacing the roof, I quoted him $800 to replace the rotted plywood, install peel stick shingle underlayment and new shingles. I also painted the stain on the ceiling, shortly after repairs were completed I was contacted by the homeowner and informed that the roof was still leaking, I went back right away to warranty the roof repair, after further inspection another area was discovered that had rotted plywood so I addressed that at no additional charge to the homeowner by replacing the rooted plywood and installing new shingles, after several weeks I was once again contacted by Victor informing me the roof was leaking near the originally repaired area so I went back and inspected the roof again, upon further inspection, multiple rusted shingle nails were discovered indicating long term moisture intrusion, the problem was addressed by lifting up shingle tabs and sealing rusted fasteners with modified flashing cement at no additional charge, at this time I informed the homeowner that the roof over the garage wound need to replaced, so I offered to deduct the cost on the original repair which was $800 and apply it to replacing that section of roof, we attempted to repair the roof 4 times at no additional charge, rather than giving us a chance to replace the section of roof over the garage, Victor would rather try to discredit the integrity and workmanship of our company. We hired Tony and his crew to replace two skylights, several damaged shingles and flushing. He was prompt to respond when I approached him in HomeAdvisor, came out quickly, gave us a written estimate within few hours. The job was done a week later, smoothly and professionally. Very knowledgeable and pleasant in an industry where a roofer would not return your call, if it is not a big job, let alone giving you a written estimate. I had already had the roof inspected so I knew how much life it was left and Tony gave me the same assessment, instead of trying to sell me a new roof. He has now acquired a loyal client.
