I hired him to remove insulation and mold from the crawlspace, My issue is he did not complete the job, even though he said he did , we found out only a third of the insulation was removed and sprayed for mold, he borrowed our tools and damaged some and left under our crawlspace, he broke our hose reel, he damaged some of our vents, he left the some insulation that he pulled out hidden in our yard, Took the vapor barrier that was on the ground instead of leaving there. He did show up on time but did not stay for the whole day, he was not properly prepared to do the job.
