We did an online home advisor request on a Sunday, Mitchell and Son's called right away. Ron came out Monday took measurements and gave us a quote. We hired him and he ordered our LG units. The units were delivered that Friday and he came to inspect them. The outdoor unit was damaged on top and some of the coils were bent. Ron made the call and he had a new unit sent out. While waiting for the new outdoor unit, he installed the inside head and did all he could inside our home and ran the wiring so all that he had to do was install the outside unit when it arrived. The new outdoor unit came Monday and he inspecting it and installed it on Tuesday, he worked through the scattered showers that we were having that day. He is professional and very knowledgeable in all that he did. Ron is reasonable in his pricing and gives you the best price possible. We love our new unit.

Ron was great. Explained everything, very personable. He worked 13 hours straight to make sure everything was installed correctly and working properly. He even graded location for the heat pump to make sure it was level. The installation was very professional and looks better then the original system. I am very happy and would recommend him for anyone needing HVAC work.
