Mitchell Heating and Cooling are very responsive. They immediately called after I submitted my request on home advisor. Tiffany was pleasant, helpful, and professional when she called to discuss my needs on a Saturday evening. She even allowed me to contact her the next day (Sunday) if I wanted to confirm an appointment for Monday which I did. The technician, Brandon showed up at the scheduled time and completed my service within an hour. He and his assistant were professional and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use Mitchell's again and highly recommend them.

Brandon showed up on time for the estimate . We scheduled the work to be done and he showed up once again right on time. He went to work immediately and had our system running beautifully . He and his assistant were very professional and did a great job! I highly recommend this company.

I have never used Home Advisor but found myself with 20 degree temps and no heat. I put in the information and Mitchell's Heating and Cooling came up and within 30 min. I got a call from Brandon. He came out that same day, he inspected my current unit, reviewed all the information and answered all my questions. I got 2 other estimates, but felt that Brandon and his company really wanted to do business with me and that I was important to them as a customer. They installed the unit on the day promised and showed up on time. They were quick and took great care to make sure that everything was level, sealed, working correctly, and once again answered my remaining questions. I will not hesitate to refer Mitchell's to anyone.

Brandon was very professional he came out gave me an estimate the same day and walked me through the process on how to get financing with Carrier whom was offering a 0 percent interest. I currently had a carrier which was over 20yrs old, and to replace it with a carrier was great, when I knew the product I had lasted that long you know your getting a great unit. Mitchell's HVAC were fast and friendly getting me set up for the install within days of my estimate. I was very pleased with how smooth the process ended up being. I highly recommend this company. The owner Mr. Mitchell stopped by to check on how everything was going. Definitely was pleased with their work.
