Chain Link Fence Installation
He came out on a monday and would get going on the job tuesday. He came out and left a 19 year kid by himself to do the work and the kid didn't know what he was doing. It took 4 days to complete. I thought it was very unprofessional to have a young kid do the work. Part of the fence doesn't look good.

"I brought out a seasoned employee who has been with me many years. Before I took the Job I asked Oliva how is the soil and water level, Good soil and some Water. We encountered boulders and under ground spring fed water. Once you broke the surface water started to show. I had to change the design and materials to solve these problems in order to complete the job."
