I was in a jam. Had water standing in dryer. Said would be about 2 weeks. I asked to call me if cancellation or opening sooner. Called back in very short time and was here in less than 1 hour the same day. Problem wasn't dryer vent. Only charged service call. Did not charge cleaning. Everyone was very pleasant. Who could ask for more.
