We used Mitigation Tech from the recommendation of a realtor. I had contacted other mitigation companies and Mitigation Tech's contract was the only one that talked about how they would serve the customer. (Other companies only had legal verbiage on how their company was protected.) Nick, the owner, was knowledgable and available to discuss our situation and his recommendation.
Shane, the technician, was knowledgable about how best to mitigate the radon coming in through the our particular basement. He explained what he was doing each step of the way and was able to significantly reduce our level.
I highly recommend using this company. They are knowledgable and easy to work with. Thank you Nick and Shane for making our home safe

Nick too the time to educate me; a very honest and nice man. Both he and the technician who did the remediation were professional, knowledgeable, skilled and meticulous.
