Work began on March 18, 2024, once we could schedule your property as our next available job site. Despite winter conditions, our team worked diligently to begin the project, including significant excavation efforts. The township also requested adjustments due to various changes made throughout the project. Originally, the plan included an additional room and storage space. However, we expanded this to deliver a finished room, full garage, and deck at no extra cost to you. The project was completed on September 18, 2024. Due to township requirements, weather challenges, and additional requests, we completed the project in a five-month period while ensuring code compliance and quality standards.
