Shane and Jim -- Wonderful people to deal with. I would definitely hire them again. They were reliable, dependable live trappers. Got rid of all my skunks and possums from my crawlspace that were entering from an outside burrow they had dug behind my enormous shrubs. Shane from Mitten Pest Control is great to work with. He performed a thorough inspection and informed me of some additional issues going on with my home (hornets and wasps). Compared to other bids, Mitten Pest Control was by far the best. Shane arrived in modestly but easy to identify uniform and his vehicle was unobtrusive and appropriate. The work done was timely and I feel confident in his work. A big plus was knowing through Angieâ s list he was insured.

Shane did a great job assisting me with hotel bed bugs. I haven't seen one since I moved in. In addition, he did a sprayed and did a analysis for other pests. Good thing too as my new home has bats. Appreciate his attention to detail and going outside scope that I referred his service to my HOA for remediation.
