Excellent work for the right price. Very honest, professional and courteous. I received an estimate from another company that was almost $350 more. I highly recommend Mixed Technologies. I even asked if I should tip them. LOL!! The owners reply was I had paid them in full. Their work was great!!!

I contacted Justin at Mixed Technologies through HomeAdvisor to move an existing bracket for my large screen TV. He responded to me right away, set an appointment and arrived a few minutes early which almost never happens. He quoted me a fair price and the job was a little more complicated than originally thought. He did excellent work and improved on our existing set up. Do not hesitate to contact him if you need any home theater work.

He did a good job but he was very dishonest. He lied a lot. He charged me for 2 people for 10-hour work, $900. I paid him that but I never saw his partner. I went 5 times in the garage where he was working, I never saw his partner. Every time, I asked him, he said he went out to get something, but we have very strict security at the gate, they will never allow anyone without my permission. He worked from 9 AM to 6 PM. He knew I had to go out at 5 PM, so he texted me at 6 PM that he had to go out to get some paint but I knew the gate person will call me if he comes back. But he told me they know him at the gate, so they will let him come. He came the next day to get the check, I deliberately did not call the gate ahead of time, like I did previous day and they did not allow him to come. When he called me, I told him that they never allow anyone like that. I wanted him to know that. We were thinking of calling him as he told us that he also help people for IT help but we are not calling him again.

"The quoted time was for 20 hours of labor. I was onsite from 9 a.m. until 9:30 p.m. the first day and returned a second day for 3 hours of total billable labor. The remainder of the time was prefabrication of materials offsite. I did have a helper with me as I would not have had the time to have completed the amount of work that had to take place to complete. I checked in daily with the gate as requested as well as my helper had to check in as well since he was in a separate vehicle. Additionally, I added some parts to enhance the finished project that were not on the original scope of work. I apologize that there was a misunderstanding as"

Justin was so professional, courteous and clean! He installed my surround sound system for the inside and outside of my house. He was mindful of not making a mess, was polite and respectful the entire time. He took the time to explain everything when he was done and gave us tips for maintenance so everything would last a long time. Excellent in all areas. On time, delivers what's promised, neat, has qualified reliable help, and was really over the top with the final result of my home theater. 5 stars isn't enough! Highly recommended. I'm new the the area and was lucky to have Mixed Technologies come into our home. I'll use them again if needed.
