Replied to emails, showed up on time absent above and beyond the estimate provided. Will definitely use him again.

Very unprofessional. The work he did was good but he came the first day after a month of trying to schedule (no big deal since I figured he was busy). However he left suddenly on the first day without telling us. He left us with just the frame for our deck leaving it so we couldn t use our back porch. He worked about 4 hours that day. He sent an email several hours later indicated it was too hot to continue so he will come back the next day (Saturday), if not Monday. When Monday came he didn t show up. I emailed him asking if he was coming back. He said that afternoon. He still didn t show up,. I emailed saying I was disappointed because we can t use our back door. He said he wasn t going to come until Thursday because of rain. There wasn t rain Tuesday so I told him if he didn t come back within the next two days we would find someone else. So he did come back Tuesday evening for 4 hours. He completed the deck but not the railings or stairs. His latest invoice he wanted us to pay for 12 hours of labor. When I told him we were not paying for 12 hours of labor because he only worked 8. He said if we did not pay the invoice he would send to collections As I kept indicating I will pay the amount he worked and no more, He then started saying we were difficult and we should be nice to contractors. We were not mean just expected him to complete work he committed to and only pay for labor he did. Do not use him. He is not professional.

Bad experience. He came over, looked at the job, agreed on a price, and then he just kept postponing. Finally, he said he would come this past weekend. He did not show and stopped answering my emails. There is no reason should be recommending him...he has been unprofessional. He has left us at this late date, trying to find someone else to do the job. Stay away from him.

He showed up to quote and gave a commitment to get the project done. Based on his estimate we invested in all the material and paid extra to get it shipped as fast as possible especially during this crisis. Since then he has been pushing out the schedule. Every time we call him, he offers a date and never shows up. We are stuck completely. Every day we would drop everything and wait for him and he never showed up. Finally, I sent him on text asking him why would he commit every day and not show up. That is when a one-liner came back saying. I am passing on your job. Too many projects lined up. Do not trust this guy. No work ethic.
