Cesar is very knowledgeable and most important had all insurances to build a permitted ADU addition for my mom He follows my architectural plan to a T, I interviewed many other â contractors â who claim they have knowledge of construction just to get the job, Iâ m glad I waited and met Cesar through a recommendation! My ADU is completed with a C/O on Feb 15th 2024! Cesar does major construction and not just spray foam, call him youâ ll be happy you did !

Job was done well and major clean up was done, however the garage floor was not cleaned and the items in the garage weren't cover and full of dust. Initial person didn't quote me for the entire garage ceiling eventhough I asked and was told yes, so I was charged extra.

Cesar came and gave an estimate for closed cell spray foam in my basement crawl space of an old house. His recommendation for 4â of closed cell matched up with what I knew it needed. His quote was fair and they were able to squeeze us in their schedule within a week and got the job done in a day. Easy to work with from start to finish.

Reliable, punctual, knowledgable, answered all questions. Very clean job. They were thorough and finished job on time. Quality work and product.

This update was created on 6/3/21. I hired Cesar back in November of 2020, I gave him $1500 deposit to do work on my walkway. He has not done any work and continues to give me the run around to get my money back. It has been over five months and he still has not given me my money. He had stated that he was going to meet with me to refund my money. I have numerous text messages, recorded messages, and talk to prove it. I will be taking him and the company to court in which all legal fees will be his responsibility. I believe that he is taking advantage of me due to my gender and race. On 6/3/21 Cesar finally refunded my money, however, he wanted me to sign a typed and handwritten letter, stating a lie/ claiming that I no longer wanted the work done and a few other false things. I would never recommend Cesar. As far as the MKANS CONSTRUCTION/spray and foam... I do now know if Cesar is the owner but I do know I would never hire him nor any affiliation with him.

Cesar did an amazing job! Recommend to anyone who is looking for proper and professional work on spray foam insulation!

I recently had Ceaser insulate the crawl space of my basement. No more drafts from the outside! I appreciated the fact that he listened and addressed my concerns with frozen pipes. He was professional and most importantly timely with his work. I plan on using him for my further projects.

Cesar and his crew were here at the time promised and did excellent work removing old fiberglass insulation in our basement crawl space. They then sprayed in new foam insulation. They were efficient and cleaned up beautifully after they were done. We couldn't be more pleased with their work and price.

I hired Mkans to spray foam insulate a crawlspace beneath a cold room in a house I bought. A different contractor told me it was too small a job for them, and I should get the foam from Home Depot and do it myself. Not the worst suggestion, but I decided to hire a pro. Cesar responded immediately, came that afternoon to do an estimate, his price was very fair, and he put me in his schedule for a few days later. The crew showed up on time, did GREAT work in a difficult tight space, and completeld the job in almost exactly as long as they predicted. Who could ask for more?! Cesar and his crew were all very nice and friendly. I felt great about the choice and a few days later, absolutely no problems at all. Cesar called me to follow up on my satisfaction...a RARE thing among contractors...and very much appreciated. The room above the crawlspace is now toasty warm and, for insulation, I’d recommend Mkans to anyone. I’d also use them for other of my contracting needs as well. Very happily satisfied.

We hired Mkans for a concrete walk and cement block porch repair. We called on a Wednesday. They started on Thursday and finished Saturday morning. Cesar and his crew started early and worked late, even when the weather was inclement. Professional, efficient, hard-working, friendly, and communicative are some of the words I gladly use to describe Mkans. And the finished job was beautiful. I will use them again, and strongly recommend them to anyone who needs a general construction job done.

the only problem is i asked for a bill and wanted it marked paid for my files ive asked several times and havent recieved it cesar told me he would mail it to me as of today still have received it all i want is a itemize bill marked paid

Cesar and his team were great overall. Their quote for spray foam insulation was lower than others companies we reached out to, and they started right away. They did the job right, but it took longer than expected and they didnâ t tell us when they would come back to finish until we followed up. No big deal, weâ re happy with their work and they came in under budget. Highly recommend.

Excellent workmanship and communication through the project! They did a stairs and retaining wall and I a very pleased!

Our first meeting with Ceasar made it clear that he knew the cause of our driveway walls problem. He then gave us a detailed plan that he would follow to rectify the problem. He did accomplish ALL he said he would do and more. The walls have never been this solid or good looking, thanks to Ceasarâ s addition of a significant cut concrete blocks to the walls. He is a pleasure to work with!!! His company Mkans will be our â go toâ company from now on.

Mkans construction installed a concrete patio under my deck and the job was outstanding!! They finished in time and cleaned up after the job was done!!

Cesar was very polite and punctual / if I called him he always called right back - they removed my old walk and they removed all the debris and made me a nice concrete walk - very satisfied
