We charge a $ 50.00 trip fee payable when we show up, we will find out what wrong, give you a written estimate, and let you know when an ETA of when the part will arrive. If you decide to fix the appliance the trip fee is waived. MOST of our repairs are under $ 325.00, so call us first or call us last, let us give you our estimate. Do not be RIPPED OFF by people asking for $ 75.00 to $ 100.00 up front on a credit card before showing up, and they do not show up. We treat you like family, so be part of our family !

"Thank you for your comment. You stated your point of view, now this is owe point of view. We went out to look at your Dishwasher, the fault code the dishwasher was flashing was a bad heating element. I also pointed out that the door handle was broken and you said it's been that way for a long time. I gave you a quote on the handle and YOU said to go ahead and fix that also. We have a 90 labor and 30 day parts warranty, you called over 90 days later to state that the dishwasher was not working and you feel and you felt that you should not have to pay for anymore repairs since I was out over 90 days ago. We explained that there is a 90 day warranty, and I agreed to come out to look at the unit. You were gone when I showed up but your husband was there and told me what was going on. There was a DIFFERENT fault code which was a motor. I told him that and that this was a different issue and he acknowledged it. he said that you were probably going to buy a new dishwasher. He asked if there was nay type of refund and I said I would think about it, that it is past the warranty period. You had called screaming and hollering that you wanted a whole refund since the repair " did not work ", and it took you over 90 days to call in AFTER the warranty. I agreed to do a partial refund of the heating element only, and you went off on this offer. I told you I was not obligated to do any type of refund since you are out of the parts warranty. The offer of the refund of the heating element is still offered to you . You said I am a con, Rude, Dismissive, and unprofessional. There are different ways I handle customers, those that are nice to me I am nice to them, those that holler and swear at me sees that side also. As we in the service industry and technicians do our very best to show professionalism at all times, there are times we are having a bad hair day just like everyone else. There are limits, like being hollered at, sworn at, hung up on, and threated. Remember to be professional to service company's, we have the ability to come out right away or put you off 3 weeks, that's our choice. We wish you well."
