"As Homeowners ourselves, we certainly understand that any sort of damage in a persons residence is frustrating. First and foremost, we are sympathetic to your situation, however, at no point did Mobile Clean Pros damage anything within residence while performing a very routine/basic "move-out" cleaning in the areas specified by you. In fact, we repaired your wooden blinds in one of your front windows as a courtesy to you. At your request, we immediately provide the additional photographs of the requested areas, as well sent a plethora of photographs during the process, and after all work was completed on the morning of 07/01/16. You contacted Mobile Clean Pros on the evening of 07/06/16, 5 days after we completed the service at your residence, and 2 days after your new renter's moved into and begun residing in your residence on 07/04/16 stating that there was an "electrical issue" with the garbage disposal in your residence that Mobile Clean Pros NEVER turned on and/or operated at any time while in your residence. Again, we are extremely sympathetic to your situation, however, Mobile Clean Pros operates with total integrity, have clean several other fully furnished as well as empty residences while the owner was not onsite with top of the line appliances without any incidents or claims of damage, treat EVERY residence with the utmost care, and will continue to do so in the future as a standard of practice."
