Ron was completely understanding of our financial situation and offered us a variety of options to suit our needs. Not only was he personable but he was very professional and kind. He was able to get our carpet install done less than 24 hours from his visit!! Saturday morning to be exact. How many companies can say that? My husband and I are completely impressed by Ron, his installation experts, and MDF. We plan to use this company in the future and we will recommend this company to all of our family and friends. Salesman, Ron, was on time to our appointment and was very helpful. The installers were also very punctual. They got in, got to work and cleaned up afterwards. I had a concern about the way the carpet laid at the bottom of the stairs (due to the tile). The installers immediately figured out a way and corrected the problem.

A couple of snags along the way but everything came out just fine. Ron is personable. The installers are quick and efficient. One fellow had to come back to put T molding in for us And was an excellent representation for his company.

Ron came out and gave me an estimate the day I submitted the request. They have an extremely professional mobile unit with a showcase of so many variations of carpet and flooring to choose from. He negotiated an excellent price, and Shirley who scheduled the appointment gave excellent customer service by following up with me to confirm the appointment as well as reaching out after the appointment to see how it went. Alex came out on the exact scheduled date that I preferred and did an excellent job installing the carpet and cleaning up during and after the install. Thank you for great service!
