He responded quickly and was on time; had all the tools necessary for ac installation. He could pay a little more attention to detail, for instance making sure the ac unit was centered in the window (minor complaint). Overall very good, cleaned up as he went along, good experience.

Jean was fine to work with, efficient and showed me something I didn't know re how to seal the window the AC unit was installed in so it would work more efficiently. I'd give a perfect score had his rate been a little lower. All that said, I'm sure we'll hire him a gain next year!

Mobile Handyman installed a through the wall A/C unit in my daughter’s condo. He called a local supplier who was able to find a replacement for the 50 year old unit. It had to be ordered but the supplier received it in a day. Jean kept in touch with us by phone to update us and to set up a time for the installation. It was a very positive experience!

Update: Got the invoice and a call with apologies the next day after posting the review. Plus: They came on time and did install the window air conditioner. Minus: - Refused to clean up after themselves ("We don't do this").
