Arrived exactly on time, Was courteous, inspected the house , and returned with suggestions and an agreed upon price, He started to work immediately and worked no stop for 4 hours. Mr. Cain called me before the Sun was over any Palm trees. I was impressed and a few days later after no calls,hired him. He came as promised cleaned my gutters and pressure washed my pool cage. Resullt was an excellent job, at one of the most reasonably priced I can recall. A True Keeper on my list.
