I had a disappointing experience with this company. When I first called to inquire about a 20-yard dumpster, I was quoted $550. When I called back to book, I was suddenly told the price was $700 because they claimed the original quote was a mistake. The bigger issue came after they picked up the dumpster. They called and told me I owed additional money because the 20-yard dumpster supposedly only included 1 ton of disposal. However, when I booked the dumpster, I was clearly told it included 2 tons, and their website also stated that a 20-yard dumpster included 2 tons. I actually had to send them a screenshot of their own website to prove it. What was most frustrating was that there was no apology for the misinformation or confusion. I understand that mistakes happen, but good customer service means taking responsibility and treating customers with respect. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling misled and disappointed.
