David G was amazing. They got the job done right took their time and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Respectful, kind, and professional.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Rich the "salesman " told us we would definitely have our remodel complete within a month(by Thanksgiving). Well after no contact from company I had to call after 3 weeks to get update. Was told it would be after 1st week of December. Finally get date Dec 15, but no time. Showed up around 10:30. My 2 1/2- 3 day job turned into 4 full days and they had to come back to fix a few things after. My house was a mess, carpets had to be vacuumed every nite. My garage looked like a Carpenters workshop. Sawdust an inch thick on everything. Caulk job was terrible, they cut one of the 3 shower walls short and filled it in with a strip and caulk, my husband made him trim the entire shower. Left a hole in my ceiling above the shower, put a hole in my screen, didn't caulk around toilet, or cut off the floor bolts. Trim cuts were terrible. And to top it all off they threw away parts to my wood window valance.!! I called to complain. Useless

Very happy with bathroom. Mike, the sales person, was very detailed and visited the project. Jim, you are a sales closer but we had to call for someone to measure. Thank you for coming out. Wet area-Frank and Zac were polite, on time, and covered all walk areas. They did a great job on demolition and wet area. They struggled with the dry area. Justin did a great job on electric. Shane, the service manager, is a gem. He has a technique for dry walling and caulking. He is a perfectionist. DON'T lose him. Shane made corrections and solved problems and the bathroom looks GREAT. Promised in 2 weeks and they were only a few days over. I recommend them!!!

Mobility Remodelers does not follow up with their promises. I paid a lot of money for my bathroom remodel; they used cheap bathroom fixtures, and the floor started the bubble 6 months after everything was completed. When I called to discuss what was going on with the floor, their first response was that my house must have shifted and therefore damaged the floors.

Remodeled first floor bathroom & converted a second floor bedroom into full bath. We are extremely pleased with everything from initial planning & choice of products to workmanship and overall quality. Any questions we had were promptly answered. Work ethic of all who had any part in this project is to be commended. There were here every day at the time they said and worked steady all day. All were pleasant, courteous and hard-working. Special thanks to Mike! He did most of the work and was always there making sure even the smallest things were taken care of.. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful new bathrooms. Jim White helped us achieve exactly what we wanted. We would not hesitate to recommend Mobility Remodelers!

We absolutely love our new bathroom! In fact, I love just sitting in there looking around - how funny does that sound? From start to finish, Mobility Remodelers were superior! Jim helped us come up with a realistic plan that met our budget; he didn't blow us off when we changed the whole plan. The installation went very well. . They stayed on budget and were done sooner than expected. They remodeled two bathrooms in a week. Mike and his crew cleaned up every day (very important to a clean freak like me). The shower in our master bath was gray tile from the 90s, I was hesitate to put in acrylic, as tile is the "standard". However, mold grew in the shower within days and cleaning it was impossible. We went with the subway tile acrylic in white. I LOVE IT, so easy to clean and no mold after 3 months. There were a few small items to "fix" and it was completed immediately. I do think that pricing may be on the high side, but I always say, "you get what you pay for".

One of the best decisions we have ever made...everytime I get in the shower, I mentally applaud the way it looks & feeels + cleaning is a breeze!

Very high quality workmanship and materials. They were done in a fast amount of time. Very clean and neat. Would definitely hire them again !!
