The initial work was good but contractor's follow up is lacking

Although we have th work scheduled for April 2024 we found Austin to be professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with our vision for our home.

Mocciaâ s men, Eli and Angel, arrived promptly and were working in that hot sun yesterday. They were personal and professional. My backyard looks great and now God even gave my beds some water. Will definitely use them for my front garden this fall. Excellent workmanship and they gave me a walkthrough when finished â …! Thank u guys and Austin!

The Moccia team were very professional and knowledgeable. The landscape project is something that I will He happy and proud of for years to come.

We were very impressed with Austin. He came out promptly, was very personable, drew up a plan and returned within a few days. Very helpful over the phone until the project got started. The guys working were nice and appeared to be working hard, however a few things were forgotten and other things went wrong. The follow up has just been exhausting. One of the workers broke a piece of glass on one of the our existing landscape lights. Also the wiring apparently got disconnected when they moved it out of the way. Also they did not dig up existing hostas which were not part of the new plan, and they all started popping up from under the landscaping material. Then we discovered that several sprinklers were broken and/or buried under landscaping material, many were not working. They also forgot to put dirt as promised in the planter they had made. On their last day of working, they asked for payment of the remaining balance. At that time, the only problems I was aware of was the missing dirt and the broken lamp. So I made the mistake of paying in full. The dirt was ultimately delivered, but in the process, they demolished the seed that they had newly laid. Austin told me that he couldn't find a replacement for the broken piece on the light. I made one call to the company and had the part in 2 days, which we put on ourselves and also reconnected the wiring. The doors on the planter that they built are crooked and don't close properly. They also put on a latch which was rusted out and next to impossible to use. They did come out to repair the sprinklers after a few reminders, and also managed to dig out most of the hostas, however the sprinklers were still not working, and we had to have the sprinkler company out for $194 to fix them again. They were supposed to reseed the areas that had gotten ruined when they brought the dirt in, and to fix the doors on the planter so that they would close and replace the latch. Have not seen or heard from anyone. I got the feeling, although he didn't say this, that he thought we were being very petty and we should have fixed all of these things ourselves. Very disappointed. I waited a couple of months before writing this review in hopes that they would make things right.

Really nice and extremely professional team from Austin, the owner and designer, to Angel and on-site crew. Excellent guidance and beautiful renderings. Flexible, kind and efficient on site. Done in one day!! I highly recommend talking to Austin and using his team!!! Iâ ll be hiring them again for my backyard.

Courteous crew, work performed on schedule as quoted and designed. There were some extra costs that were justified. Austin is super to work with.

First time experience with landscaping project and Austin did an amazing job helping me navigate the process. Professional, knowledgeable and on time with project from start to finish. Cody Nagy and his team did an amazing job on install and checked in with me to make sure I was satisfied every step of the way. Hardworking and exceptionally polite and professional young me and respectful of my property. The neighbors even complimented them. Will definitely consider them for any future projects.

Moccia landscaping did an excellent job on my brick paver repair and front landscaping. Austin was great to work with and even completed my job a week ahead of schedule. I can't say enough positive remarks about them.
