Our AC went out late Friday night, while we had out of town guests! I called at 8:00 a.m., and Chance was there before 10:00 and fixed our problem. Super lucky to have found them. Will definitely use them and highly recommend them.

Chance was very quick to get an estimate and was good at explaining my needs for my property. Modern Air Solutions showed up on time and completed the install quickly and professionally at a very competitive price! I would highly recommend this company for the Bryan College station area as they are great on customer service, price, scheduling flexibility, and professionalism. This is truly rare in an area full of new construction where hvac companies are not too interested in the smaller guy/smaller jobs.
