I want to commend Modern Air for their friendly service. They sent someone out to diagnose the problem and the technician was on time, communicated with me as he went along, found the problem, and fixed it (it was minor). And he turned off the lights (most do not). I highly recommend Modern Air.

Amazing experience Modern Air. It has been ages since I’ve felt comfortable with any a/c company. Robert our technician was great. Very knowledgeable and his communication throughout the process was top notch. We also felt good about what we paid for our service. We highly recommend using this company for your a/c needs.

Robert did not show up for his estimate to provide a tune up or air conditioner cooling. He was rude about the Permit information he shared about Right Choice when the city had contracted CG to complete the HVAC system.

I called MA and they were out the next morning. Hard to find a dependable, on-time, and honest AC company no a days. Richard came out and it was an absolute pleasure to have a no BS tech to deal with. Tuned-up and cleaned my outdoor systems, leaving them spotless. Showed me my upstairs ducts, that were separated and completely saved my system and energy use. Taped and sealed them for completely free!!! Yeah. Definitely a trustworthy and solid AC company!!!

I had a great experience with this company. They installed my new A/C unit in a timely manner, and the work was done professionally and up to code. What really stood out was that they took the time to properly adjust the airflow through the vents instead of just installing the unit and leaving it at the factory settings. The difference in comfort is noticeable, and the A/C is blowing nice, cold air throughout the house. Their attention to detail and quality workmanship made the entire process easy. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

They scheduled me with only a one-hour arrival window, which was a breath of fresh air. They also kept me updated and |et me know when the technician was on the way, which I really appreciated, The technician was professional, knowledgeable and did not disappoint. He quickly identified the source of my leak, which was caused by heavy condensation. He re-insulated the pipes, cleaned the growth inside my air handler, and alsc serviced my outdoor unit.
