Very knowledgeable & explained repair

Do not hire John. He came into our house and didn't even have all of his tools. After "fixing" our fridge the problem returned. When I called him up he would say that he was coming out and then ignore us. The problem still exists and he will not return even after several phone calls. I have already contacted home advisor's customer relations line and the Better Business Bureau. I hope to see his page removed and get my money refunded.

Not only did Jonathan "not" repair the problem with our refrigerator but he damaged the unit in the process. We had no choice but to retain a second repair company that reported that Jonathan had cut the wires to the thermostat and then put them back together with wire nuts. Without getting into a lot of detail by removing the thermostat he created a situation that could have caused a fire in our refrigerator. We took pictures of the condition he left our unit in for documentation. He has refused to refund our service charge and pay for the parts he damaged. Several attempts to contact him my phone and email have gone unanswered. I do not want this man in my home - or yours - again.

I called Jonathan to replace the part that makes my washer spin,and he did that fine. The problem was that when I ran a load it leaked, I called him back , he said it was a $15 part and he would do the labor for free. He never showed. Called him again he apploligised and said he forgot and would be here in 1 hr, again no show. Contacted him a few more times then he just stopped responding. Now I am back looking to find another appliance guy that I have to pay for a service that I have already paid for. Don't use Johnathan , nice guy , terrible service.

I didn't have time to turn around before Jonathan was finished. Very pleased with price and customer service. Thanks Would use again.

Our contractor took his time explaining how the motherboard in our computer was fried by a power surge, and actually had the part on his truck. His work took only a few minutes, and we were very much relieved that the work did not cost a fortune! We are so pleased we saved his number against further catastrophes!

Jonathan was Awesome. Very knowledgeable of all appliances. He repaired our fridge and washing machine. Diagnosed the problems quickly. Very friendly, punctual and cleaned up after the repairs. Patient with our pets that got in to help him. I will definitely hire him again and will recommend him to all my friends. Great experience!!!

I don't recommend modern appliance to do any work,if things don't go well,from my experience it will be very hard to reach him.Check the other reviews that have given him a low star rating.That is my experience exactly,just a different appliance.I did get a refund only because Home Advisor got involved.He even got angry with me for texting him several times trying to get him to return to look at my dishwasher.He even made derogatory comments.If you use Jonathon and modern appliance,you are taking a big chance.Please read those half star ratings and judge for yourself.Good luck.

Jonathan came over as soon as possible to service my washing machine that had overflowed. He was professional, kind, and reasonably priced.

Charged me for two minimums labor charges because I had two ice makers to be repaired and one still doesn't work after $560 or so later. Never supplied me with receipt and ice maker still does not work.... still no receipt after asking multiple times. Said he would come back again after having to meet him twice already. I told him never mind, He had a bad attitude after he didn't follow through with me for the third time and I don;t want him in my home.

Jonathan was very patient, kind, and professional. He was in constant contact and did wonderful work. I really appreciate his help and would recommend him to anyone. He was flexible and friendly.

Jonathan was late but he did call. Fixed the problem I was having with the refrigerator and good work. Very pleasant and fast; felt the price was a little steep for the amount of work required.
