All 3 were nice and friendly, they did a phenomenal job from start to finish! And when they left, it was like they were never here. they did that good on the clean up. Highly recommend!

We just had our kitchen remodeled and garage conversion by Modern Build Solutions we are extremely pleased with the final product. The whole process was made very easy and stress free through their great communication and attention to detail. If something was wrong or not to our liking, we were never worried because we knew that they would make it right. They would regularly show up while work was being done to check how things were going and would send a message at the end of everyday of what was accomplished that day and what will be done tomorrow. We really appreciated their honesty and integrity and will call them again for our next projects.
