Our vision came to life thanks to Derrick and his team! We were walked through every step of the process and kept in the loop with the progress of the project. We vetted quite a few contractors and Derrick from Modern Home Designs was able to start sooner than most others and was within the same price range as everyone else, so it was a win win. Derek the owner is extremely professional, detail oriented, and a master at his craft. He custom made my lower cabinet doors / drawers match perfectly to my new uppers. To be honest now I have to get slow close on my uppers because Iâ m in LOVE with them he put on the lowers!! Wonderful craftsmanship, large 15-foot x 8 ft high custom cabinet with lighted glass display areas, bar area, 7-foot buffet area, lower cabinets all have easy pull-out shelves, custom-sized drawers.

Derek was able to provide excellent design knowledge and customize our kitchen remodel into the kitchen of our dreams! We loved the durability and quality of his work so much that we brought him back to do our laundry room as well!
