Arbri was super quick at reaching out to us on the painting and fixing our exterior trim. His knowledge on what we have on our house made me feel really at ease that things will be done correctly without me having to oversee everything to make sure everything was done. He went above and beyond and even improving the sidings on our outdoor fireplace that was coming apart and made it look even better than how it was originally. I would totally use them again for and exterior project we might have.

I only know a little bit about my siding issues, Alex and Arbri explained more details to let me know how to prioritize the job, how to save money and how some work can't be skipped. Their attitude is sincere, earned my trust with their work. They called me after the work to check if anything needs attention. Alex came back a couple of times to visually inspect his work. They identified some minor deck work in my backyard, just planed to fix it for free as a friendly gesture for my business. How sweet!

Modern exterior Solutions have impressed us with their work. Their professionalism, honesty and quality. They are willing to make a long winded and scary project fun and easy to cope with. We changed the siding on our whole house (3,000 SF) and they were able to do it in a timely manner. The thing I loved about them, is how honest they are, they show you other materials that companies use from James Hardie, but it is not the top quality, they use only top quality to uphold their lifetime warranty against any leaks. Arbri and Alex are phenomenal and fun to work with! We recommend them to anyone! We are already recommending them to friends around town.
